- Insurance
- Permitted uses
Regan Peggs gave very careful thought to the extensive fit-out Stag was carrying out. As the interiors show, they did a beautiful job.
Business rates
The Council made a number of incorrect assumptions when calculating and demanding business rates. Regan Peggs was able to resolve the issues and secured additional time for payment to be made.
Lease variation
There came a point at which the landlord needed to vary the lease. Regan Peggs assisted with the negotiation, attaining favourable terms for Stag.
