Appeals
If the SIA has refused your application for a licence or revoked it for any reason we can help you with an appeal, usually argued on the basis that the SIA has misapplied its own guidelines.
Appeals are made to the Magistrates’ Courts – if the Magistrates refuse your appeal then there is a further right of appeal to the Crown Court.

Criminal Allegations
