An experienced solicitor advocate, Regan has long been dedicated to the progress of Birmingham Law Society in his past roles as a Council member, Director and chair of its Criminal Law Committee.

In his new position as Chair of the board, he will provide overall leadership to the board, while supporting the Society’s officers and staff in meeting the needs of its more than 5000 members across Birmingham and the Midlands.

My hope is to ensure that Birmingham Law Society continues to represent and serve its members effectively throughout my tenure as Chair, and to assist our current and future presidents in realising their respective ambitions.

Regan founded his own firm in 2015 after a decade spent at two of the most respected law firms in the Midlands and as a senior legal advisor at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court. He assumes chairmanship of the board at Birmingham Law Society from Eileen Schofield of Schofield & Associates.

Throughout his first year as Chair, Regan will be working alongside new president Linden Thomas, the youngest person to hold the title in the society’s 200-year history.
