About Artichoke Design
Launched in 2001, Artichoke Design was a graphic design and print agency based in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. The company worked with local SMEs to provide services from printing and signage to graphic design, SEO and website design. Set up by two brothers, Rich and David Morris, the company garnered a loyal customer base, with clients returning time and time again for the personal and expert service offered. After 19 successful years, Rich and David decided it was time to sell Artichoke Design.

Sale of business
Having set up the business when they were more or less fresh out of university, the founders of Artichoke Design decided it was time for them to sell. Regan Peggs handled the sale of the business to Nettl which involved:

- Agreeing restrictive covenants on the founders’ future activities to ensure there would be no interference with their future plans

Part of the deal was that Rich would go to work for Nettl. Regan Peggs negotiated the terms of this employment with him:
